Sometimes rather than using whey powder and vitamins, i use either dunns river nutrient shake or for goodness shakes when working out or when i have a long period of not being able to work out
I was wondering what people here use them, and wether these are as good as whey proteins or should just be used when i dont have whey available?
Additionaly, does anyone know why the hell for goodness shake (and multivitamins) contain zinc when they have a high calcium content which results in zinc not being absorbed- seems a waste and a lie to me, it contains zinc but isnt a source of it. Not fair to people who dont know that the zinc wont benifit them.
