Early morning training diet

I didnt want to hi jack the thread below, but I need some ideas for pre work out meals. Im forced due to schedule to work out in the mornings and Im struggling as of lately to stomach enough food to get me thru my lifts. Doesnt have to be anything extravigant just some ideas for quick calories/protien . Ive been having a protien shake lately but thats getting old. Any ideas/advice is appreciated.
 
I take NO Shotgun before I go to the gym. I don't have time to eat meal and then wait for about two hours before hit the gym. Besides, I get more energy from NO Shotgun then from oat and eggs. Sometimes I take six grams of BCAA, coffee and beta alanine for before I hit gym. I also add same amount of
bcaa and beta alanine in my water bottle and drink it during my workout. Hope this helps.
 
Early mornings I like coffee & 7grain bread[dense] & natural peanut butter.......2 pieces only.......
 
I have my oats, egg whites, coffee, wait 30 minutes then take my pre workout

Try Cottage Cheese and some berries , you would need some fuel before you start the weight training
