Hey fellas, I just did 2 shows in the fall and won overall in both shows. Not to stay satisfied, I prepping for a show in Chicago in 08. I'm posting a few pictures. Please give me honest information on what I need to do to improve on my diet and training.The pictures were taken the week of my show and the last one was 1 week ago. Try to see the best thing i can do food wise to put as much weight on in 4mths before i diet down, and i'm always open to suggestions. The name of the game is exposure so you should see me on here alot , splaxon, and on Sean Jones website.
