Right now i am trying to lose body fat. i am doing 25 minutes of cardio every morning at the gym usually at 6AM. Right now my schedule is very busy so i usually dont get home till after 9PM, usually i got to bed before 11. When i get home at night i am hungry. Now i do eat ever three hours or so during the day, but in the evenings i have class and it is kind of hard to eat then. My main concern is how much will this eating so late affect my loosing BF?
