Hey guys...i heard that if u workout close-to-like, first thing in the morning...u shouldnt eat first. You should use the gym first, then eat your breakfast...is this true??

Purdue Power said:There was a post started a few days ago addressing this very thing. You could have done a simple search and found this out. That said, NEVER lift on an empty stomach. You need to at least get in a pre-lifting shake about 45min before you lift. The only thing that you want to do on an empty stomach is cardio. That is when I do it, first thing after I wake up, then come back and eat breakfast.
