My apologies if this is slightly off topic,

I was just wondering, does anyone else (that's trying to gain weight) feel as though its a burden to eat sometimes? I've been getting this feeling quite a bit lately; I simply don't feel like packing lunch and lots of food if I have work or what not. How does one cope with this? And it's not like I don't alternate what I eat either. My only motivation to keep pushing is the fact that i've gained 5 lbs and I don't want to lose it. Just a general question, thanks.

this is what seperates the men from the boys. you have to turn it into a job, no it is not fun especially for the hardgainers.

Eat more fat. Easy calories. Toss a shot of olive oil in your shakes.

It's calories. A tablespoon of olive oil has about 120 calories. If you toss two of those into each of two protein shakes a day, there's an easy extra 500 cals a day.

Drink milk bro i get atleast a thousand cals a day from milk when bulking makes life allot easier.

haha i wish i had your problem... just be thankful your thin, and eat your face out! There are simple ways to take in extra, healthy calories... like the others have said, milk, olive oil, most nuts are high in healthy fat and calories, peanut butter, perhaps look into a mass-gainer shake... just give'r!

thanks

Thanks a lot for the advice and comments all. Honestly, I would have never thought of adding olive oil to my shakes. I'll give it a go!
