Hey all... I just wanted help to get on the right track of eating. I'm 15, 5'9 and 170 lbs... Im looking to gain muscle(alot), lose fat and whatnot... I just wanted to know what would be good to eat during the week and what times.. I don't eat that healthy now, but im looking to try...
