Hey all... I just wanted help to get on the right track of eating. I'm 15, 5'9 and 170 lbs... Im looking to gain muscle(alot), lose fat and whatnot... I just wanted to know what would be good to eat during the week and what times.. I don't eat that healthy now, but im looking to try...

well theirs many different sticky threads that tell you the things to eat and so on. You should be eating a lot though, a good 6 meals a day. I start off with some oatmeal and a protein shake, and then my next meal ill have eggs and some toast. Then ill make myself a sandwhich, something healthy with some milk and some fruit. Then in the evening u want something heavier, like a steak. Then before bed I have another sandwhich. I also have a meal after my work outs and a shake. Just browse through the stickies at the top of each forum and if you should find some useful info, i know i did
 
Hi Forcer, Welcome to IM. I see that you in Halifax, very cool, I went to school there last fall and moved home this late spring.

Check out the sticky at the top of the forum titled 'Guide to Dieting, Maintenance and Bulking" . There is a TON of great info there to get you started and steer you in the right direction. :)
