Well, I am going to try to get back to healthy ways... AAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH, I am going to go crazy!!!!!!!
I am hopefully going to start on Monday. I know, why put off til tomorrow what you can do today? Because I need the first day of the week, kind of a clean slate...new beginnings thing. I did do cardio on New Year's Day... that health mode was short. It just takes a lot, I know. :)

I lost all this weight and now I am starting to pack it back on... I am about a size 8 - 10 in womens and I was in a size 9 juniors (but those are getting really tight again)...which you fellow gals understand the whole size thing. The average woman is a size 12 and I refuse to ever wear a 12 again... And to those of you who may be a 12, I am not trying to criticize... I just need to slim down. :)
I know this is bad but I want to get on Hydroxycut again... Honey got me a gift certificate to Vitamin World, so hey... why not?

Well good luck to me and everyone else who needs a lil motivation and support right now!!!!!!

I know that I can say thank you in advance for all of you supporting me!!

I think I speak for everyone when I say I support you and I think that everyone goes through this in one way or another from time to time. good luck:thumb:

susiQ...you should ask your Dr. if hydroxicut could interfere w/ your meds......if you need help w/ your diet or training, shoot me a pm :)

Actually I have been through this so many times that I don't really have to ask. He said that I could be on the caffiene/ephedra stuff as long as I don't do any kind of steroid. he is highly against any form of them. I was on winstrol (oral) and I didn't do good, actually I gained weight... Ha Ha!!!!
Really though, I always keep him up to date on what I am taking. I see him about every two weeks to a month so, if I start to take a turn (for the worse, with my meds or moods) then he will cut me off. :) Thank you all for caring!!!!!
 
You know you can count on my support for anything girlie... Take it slow and you will get the results you want.. If you need anything just yell and we'll be there for ya... :) I have tons of quick and easy receipes if you need them.. I know it is hard to prepare a good meal with a little one.. :)
 
Hey Susie,

a suggestion that helped the wife and I allot, is to make a meal plan for the week on Sunday. We just do it for the dinners, but it really helps to know ahead of time what your are having for dinner each day of the week. It's allot easier to stick to a plan if you don't have to decide at the last minute what to eat, too much temptation to go for the "easy but not good for you meal"

THis is week 2 for IAB and me - we've planned out food for the entire day - it really helps! This way we know we are getting enough calories, protein etc - and you can cook most of it the day before.

inner demons and outer demons.thats what i call the hardest part about dieting or lets just call it NORMAL EATING now. there's alot of outside pressure's when it comes to eating.But the biggest thing to do is keep FOCUSED.its really hard but its a LEARNED process, my big mistake was letting myself go from the holidays, but its back to the basics again.But the most important thing you can do IS DO THIS FOR YOURSELF FIRST YOUR BODY AND YOUR INNER PEACE.:)
 
Don't be in a hurry! Give it 6 months and you will be surprised what you can do in that time!
