Eating Schedule

My eating schedule usually goes like this:

6AM
9AM
12PM
3PM
6PM
9PM

Buuuut, this morning I slept in and woke up at 9AM. Would I ignore/drop a meal, eat two meals together, or bump my whole schedule up 3 hours? ( I am cutting )
 
If you're trying to get a specific number of calories, just eat your meals every 2.5 hours instead of every 3 hours.
 
I wouldn't worry about it you are talking about 1 meal over the course of your cutting cycle. Just continue on with your meals like had scheduled out.

So just drop a meal and continue on in my cycle at what time it is now.. eating my 9AM meal..

Haha, this is getting confusuing. Before I would just eat two meals together, but I want to get it right this time around.
 
YEah don't make a habit of it. But in reality try to think of simplicity. What is a few hundred cals going to mean over the course of 8 weeks of proper dieting? Probably slim to nothing.
