Hi there guys
I recently incurred a back injury, and although I'm unsure as to how long I'll be out of action, I'm guessing it'll be a month minimum.
Now, I eat about 4500 cals a day (and a little bit more some days) for bulking. This seems to be ample for me to make steady gains without taking on a lot of fat. However, now that I'm out of it for a while and not training daily, do you think I should cut down the cals to a maintenance level? If so, how much shall I reduce them by?
Lastly, if I keep my cals at a certain level, will that be enough to hold my weight/muscle size while my back heals, or will my lack of training cause me to lose weight irrelevant of the cals?
