I am on a cutting diet now and want to end it by mid May when I go on vacation. I am not sure if I will reach my goal by then - If I dont happen to make my goal and keep cutting after the vacation - how do you suggest I eat on vacation? It is an all inclusive resort so there will be lots of everything. Should I forget the diet for a week and eat in moderation? It would be impossible for me to count macros on vacation. How much will one week of food/booze hurt my diet?
