Ebooks

Speaking as a former very long time member at elite, sadly , Nelson Montana has, at least in my eyes, and the eyes of several friends, has not shown himself to be all that intelligent. I wouldn't. EF since about 2005, exists only to sell shit to its members.

The one by George, dunno. If he's still selling it, its probably old technology. GS hasnt' been on that board since the early 2000s.

The first by Author L. Rea - I've never read it but I like his products and the science behind them. You can read more of his stuff on his site and see what you think: http://www.alrindustries.com/

IMO in the industry of "Bodybuilding" there are really no definitive books. There's too much that is seat-of-the-pants experimentation, stuff that isn't well researched because of the current witch hunt environment around PEDs and anti-aging technology. You can collect a whole bunch of books about it and still not be sure what is real and what isn't. It is still, in several ways, your own personal journey where you have to try things that are talked about or published about at a macro level (e.g. Lyle McDonald's CKD diet, Leangains.com diet, various flavors of carb / cal cycling, different approaches to training from 5x5, FST-7, DC training, etc, etc etc) - read what you can find (most of it is online anyway), set aside 6 weeks and try it, see how you respond and make tweaks.
