I had my body fat checked and it came out to be 15% which they said was very healthy and I decent abs. However, a friend lately told me that neglecting my posture(I am software developer who lie crouched in my chair most of the day) and not doing lower back exercises could push my tummy out giving it a protruded appearance. She suggested that I walk with my tummy tucked in and shoulders broad and also do lower back exercises.
I was in general wondering that does neglecting some parts of your body have some undesired side effects on other areas other than the neglected section. For eg. I never do neck or forearm exercises and I have some friends who never do legs.
