So lets say 1 egg is

6.5g fat
7g protein

how much of the protein is removed when the yolk is taken out of the egg?

i think its 4g

just wondered if any one knows :)

also forgot to add say the egg is 88 cals how man cals will be removed the yolk taken out?

if you have a large grade egg and remove the yolk, you get about 40g's of egg white which does equal you 4g's of protein...

Ok ma man what about calories when you take away the yolk I guess that's where most the cals are?

Say 70 cals for a full medium egg what about with the yolk removed?

I just count the protein in the egg white, there would just be a trace amount of fat if any at all

So what about the calories just curious how many cals is in the yolk? Pretty much all im guessing as thats were the fat is??

you need to look at how many grams it is.. no way is an egg white having 6g of protein (24 calories) and the 5.5 g of fat (50 calories)

you will get about 2g of proteing and 6g fat from the yoke

Search it under fitday.com or calorieking.com , you can enter small yolks, medium, large. same w the whites!
an average egg white ~ 3.5 protein I always counted as

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones

In a large egg the total amount of protein is roughly 4 grams.
