Okay this the thing on eggs, (sorry if posted before) i love eggs and can eat maybe 6-8 in a day. Just wondering if its alright to eat ALL the yolks. (i knows its doesn't affect cholesterol but is it okay to eat so many yolks?) Thanks in advance :D

haha i meant is it okay to eat so many yolks besides the fat level? any hidden things? i'm an athlete and don't want to bring down stamina (if it even has any effect on this). Sorry but just being cautious :D
 
I don't think anythings hidden there, eggs are one of the best sources of proteins & fat. Now "Stamina" that's a totally different ball game but in IMO.

I guess Built is the best 1 to comment on this. What kind of sports are you in? List it, might help for further responses.

You have ure diet worked out? Macros i mean.
