For my first post Maybe some of you can help me, Im 22 and have been lifting for several years and never before have I had elbow pain, I do curls using a curl bar and it creates pain after Im done but if I use the curl bar after the first set the pain goes away.
I've done curl bar curls and never had any problems and now my elbows have weird pain so Im sticking to just dumbell curls
