Elbow soreness

my left elbow has a soreness when moved a certain way. it hasn't bothered me at the gym but am worried it might over time. any info that might help would be appreciated. I cant give up weightlifting!!

Don't move it that way...


Pop some Ibuprofen, and you'll get used to it.
