Well, its been two years about since i started working out and ive had no elbow pains whatsoever. But for the past week or so when i DB press, Military Press, and Tricep extensions, their is this slight pain in the right elbow, its not severe, i can still continue with the exercise. What might be causing it? Should i take a break from lifting, it could be that all those lifts have finally caught up to me
I really hope its nothing serious. The pain is a little bit agitating, and its gotten a bit worse than it use to be. First noticed it during Skullcrushers.
