Here's one: (I'm sure you could use Splenda and if you must, find a suitable substitute for graham cracker crumbs, but that's no fun. :p)
¾ c Graham cracker crumbs
⅓ c Sugar
½ c Pecan pieces
3 Egg whites
⅓ c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla

Mix together the crumbs, 1/3 cup of the sugar and the pecans. Beat the egg whites until they are stiff, gradually adding the other 1/3 cup of sugar and the vanilla. Add this to the crumb mixture. Pour it into a greased pie pan and bake it at 350 oF for 30 minutes. When it has cooled, mash it down to the shape of the pan. Fill the crust with ice cream and freeze it. Thaw it slightly before serving, and top with your favorite fruit. Variations: Instead of using ice cream and freezing the pie, just use your favorite filling

Lol I don't know. Plug and chug on fitday. Here's another one:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup canola oil
1/3 cup skim milk

Combine oil with flour and salt .
Drizzle with milk.
This makes 2 crusts, or one top and one bottom.

Hahaha. Now this one doesn't sound too good. Certainly healthy though.
1 ½ c Cooked brown rice
1 Egg white

mix them. press into a pie plate that has been coated with Pam. bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. fill with your favorite filling.

Another one:
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3.4 tsp sea salt
2 Tbs cold milk (soy or rice milk work too)
1/2 cup olive oil
Sift four and salt. Combine oil and milk. Combine to flour mixture. Finger mold dough around pie pan. Bake a 375 for 20 minutes

Just eat clean and don't worry about pie... :hmmm:

Bah I aint eating tuna, brocolli and brown rice on easter.. I am not going all out but dammit I want a treat!! My diet has been so good, only bad thing Ive eaten is chocha

It's a little heavy tasting but try:

1 1/4 cups flour (whole wheat or possibly oat flour)
1/3 cup skim milk
2 Tbsps vegetable oil

Crust:
1. Add milk and oil to the flour mixture.
2. Stir with fork until well mixed and then form pastry into a smooth ball with your hands.
3. Roll the ball between two 12-inch squares of waxed paper using short, brisk strokes until pastry reaches edge of paper.
4. Peel off top paper and invert crust into pie plate.
