Estradiol a little high at 252 pmol/L do I need to add more Adex?

Hi All,

Been on TRT for the past year, 110mg Test E (Delatestryl) once per week. Blood work came back all good except my E2 was a little high at 252 (ref is 220). Have been taking 1mg of Adex once per week. Should I up this?

Test result is 36.4 nmol/l (ref 8.4 - 28.7)

Recommendations please.

I would increase adex maybe 1.5 per week. Are you on pharmacy test? What was your test levels? How long after last shot was blood drawn?

By my figures it is around 900 or so

I would split up your dose to 2x a week. I would take .5mg a day after your shot and once 3 days later.
