Now, I've never really did these but I sort of know what they are. When I did speed lifts for my chest today, I felt cheated..really cheated. I've never done explosives, and I heard they are really good but I need to have someone make sure my form is ok. Explosive exercises and speed lifting is good for wrestling right? I did some research on speed lifting and they say you exert the same amount of force on a higher weight lifting at a regular speed then u do on a low weight at a fast speed. Im pretty confused about this and wondering if I should ditch the speed lift and keep the explosives?
