i'm 6'3" and 190lbs (estimated 18-19%bf)
my question is, i'm going on close to 12 weeks of being "on." can i cut my calories down to 2000 day, and recomp my body without going "too" catabolic on the muscle i have built in the past 3 months...
my maintence is prob around 3000 maybe 3200.
also doing cardio 5 days a week. for 30min intrevals after working out. moderate intensity, usually three 10 minute miles.
