Eziekiel "Bread"

I eat it all the time. I usually get the 7 sprouted grains, but I wouldn't mind trying the raisin one. Has anyone tried the raisin?

Where do you guys find it? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I get mine at whole foods, luckily it's right across the street almost. not many places sell the stuff. trader joes, whole foods, local health food markets, etc. are your best bet

I wanted to try that one as well. I'm going to the grocery soon so I'll pick some up and let you know.

It's in the freezer section of the grocery. Most times in the organic section.

It has to be kept frozen before being used, there is a reason for this, I just don't remember what it is.

The english muffin version is great too.

One of my all-time favorite healthy recipes is: Raisin Eziekel bread, soaked in an egg/whites/cinnamon wash prepared as french toast with sugar free syrup on it.

Adding bananas to it is incredible as well.

Yeah, that works!

Ohhh... and the tortilla version is great as well. If you cut them up into little wedges and bake/broil them on a cookie sheet for 5-10 minutes, they harden and are very chip like.

My one guilty pleasure is hot Tostitos salsa and chips, so this was an incredible find for me.

The English muffins are delicious too. I usually use them to make a healthy egg muffin sandwich.

They recently starting carrying their pasta at my local grocer but I have not tried it yet.

Most health food stores have it in the freezer section. There are many regular groceries that carry it too. If you go to the website there is a store locater.

That was another thing I wanted to try. I'll have to look for that as well.

this is how I typically start my day.

mediocre minds think alike.

I tried all 3 different kind My roommate likes the sesame I like the low sodium

Ezequiel is good but I just don't like how they taste

I love the taste of the bread. The pasta is crazy expensive. I'll probably never buy it at six dollars a box.

Same here. I enjoy my whole wheat toast with jelly too much. Plus, the bread cost too much..lol

It's a little more expensive, but not too bad if you find it @ sunshine health foods on sale. Since its kept in the freezer, it last way longer than normal bread. I have eaten all except the raisan. Must be good because I can't ever find it in stock.

Toast it with ANPB and sugar free jelly!
