fast bulking?

hey,

i weigh 132lb now, if i do everything correctly, approxiamately how long shall it take for me to put on another 25lb
 
Thats impossible to say. It varies by person depending largely on genetics. I put on about 30-35lbs in 4 years (some weight in fat lost as well). The first year or two my training and diet sucked, so I should have put it on faster than I did. Still, I don't think anyone could give you a resonable estimate
 
If you are just starting out, and not looking to add much fat, 6-12 months.

This is much more a diet question than training.
 
If you shoot for a solid 1lb per week it should take you about 5-6 months give or take a few weeks ... mind you it won't all be solid muscle though, a mix of muscle with some fat and water. but you will be bigger and stronger thats for sure!
 
Your question have got to be clearer than this.. what are you eating? You can gain lot of weight if you eat stuff like Mac D, Jack in the box and stuff like that but what you gain will mostly be fat..
 
Your metabolism is much faster than myself, but I definitely fatten up on pizza and ice cream, if I dont eat cleanly I get fat very easily.

Diet takes some work to get the hang of and to stick to.
