Fat Burners and Breastfeeding

Anyone know if ECAs in fat burners (specifically Clenbuterx) is secreted in breast milk???

My brother is getting married in 3 wks and I wanted to drop as much baby weight as possible before then BUT I don't want to take anything that may affect my baby.
