Could you please list your totals and the quantities per meal. :)

I'm not really counting calories. Just eating right. Not getting ready to compete. Just lean down and lose fat. I'm just going to be following the plan and if I don't lose anything I will add some efa's or take out some carbs. Also, if I lose too much I will add some. I just want to know if everything looks good and if I got all the meals inthe right times and the right carbs and proteins.

You don't have enough carbs IMO. Banana is probably not your best choice either. :)

The banana is post work-out with the whey protein i've always heard its a good post work out source. Best time to take in the sugar. Right.

If you really want the post workout there are better options than a banana

You will get mix review about this. I personally see no reason for PWO Spike while cutting. Hinders fat loss IMO!

Also, i got some carbs in all my meals except the last 2. don't wish to take in too many carbs b4 bed.

I don't suggest any Spike for cutting. Instead I would suggest whey with strawberries.

Also there are no carbs in your 4PM Meal. I only see carbs in 2 meals not including the banana.

Jodi- thanx for the replies. Somebody actually suggested the banana, but the whey would taste nice with the strawberries...think i'll try that. Also,I was using the salad inthe carbs place in the 4pm meal. Would you think it would be better maybe to add some brown rice there. Thanx.

Jodi...he has carrots in that meal (#4) which are pretty high in carbs...plus some vegies. Personally I think it looks ok assuming your portions are ample but not oo high.

As far as post workout I would go with a whey shake mixed with strawberries and maybe 1/2 banana to keep the carbs up and replenish glycogen. 1/2 banana shouldn't have a big effect on insulin.

Fit Freak- thanx for the reply, I'm going to take the advice you and jodi both game me. My portions are a good size. I'm not hungry through out the day and i'm not too full. I was wandering about efa's. Should more be added or should i stick with the plan as stated and add the strawberries, 1/2 banana post workout.

thanx again for the replies

I would DEFINATELY recommend adding EFA's. There is a reason their called ESSENTIAL :thumb: :D

Personally I say ditch the carrots and have some brown rice or sweet potato instead. Tastes better than carrots too. :)
