First journal, I started my journey being totally over weight, out of shape and generally unhappy with my current life. Decided one day that I had enough of being average and wanted to make myself extraordinary: life was too good to let it be spent being out of shape and wondering "what if?". I started in at about 160lbs at 5'3" inches tall.....got turned onto Winstrol by a good friend and fellow member airbornejonny18b. Its funny, my ex husband served under jon and jon always looked at me like a little sister.......Jon started me at 10mg a day of UncleZs winstrol that jon had left over from awhile back..........I fell in love (not with him but with this company's product), no water retention, no funky moods, tons of energy and just pure results. Loving my new physique and looking forward to seeing how shredded I can get in the future. My diet is 100% clean eats, if it doesn't grow or have a parent I don't eat it.....I avoid sugar like the plague and bust ass every day in the gym.....Cardio is a must for me, I run 7-8 miles a day 7-8x week, and I strive to train 2 a days and hit my abs hard everyday. I hope to inspire and be inspired: there is no substitute for hard work, you either do or you dont. You CAN and must be stronger than your CANNOT, your WILL stronger than your WILL NOT. Magic bullets do not exist, I work off pure sweat equity. I do the work so I can see the results.Jon gave me enough winstrol pills, or as he calls it, winny? I think of winny the pooh every time he says that because of my kids. Im at the end of the 3rd week and only have 1week left of winny. My show is may30th in west babylon. Im really nervous since this is my first show. On the brightside, if i was able to lose 40pounds in 4months, then i should "grow a pair" as jon says and follow his lead and I should be fine. He kinda taught me how to log so its detailed enough and informative rather than just posting what i lifted and yeh i have energy. I can be a bitch at times since im from long island but I am ALWAYS open for advice, especially from people that have done shows or have judged them or have had wives or girlfriends compete.

I will start my actual training log later tonight... I just wanted to introduce myself to you guys and say that this winstrol is amazing. Ill be honest though, i was pretty skeptical at first only due to the fact ive heard horror stories of fake gear or dirty gear (whatever that means)...But jon promised me that the UncleZ euro pharmacy brand is the way to go. I would love to run more of it. Jon also mentioned anavar. I dont know what would work better for me? My shows may 30th.

Z asked where would be good for you. I said proff muscle due to their large female section and then steroidology for the same thing and reason and then Obv home base here. PM him and talk to him. He really truly is a solid stand up give shirt off his back awesome guy. It'd n nice having a chick who actually trains for shows on our team.
 
Good shit brother! I'll get on that as soon as my kiddos are put to bed......mum first and all......Ex has been acting a right fucking fool ,trying to de-rail what I am attempting to accomplish.
 
Holy S........six weeks to go and every rep counts at this point, did about an hour of cardio, got in 8 miles........worked abs, legs and biceps.......managed to up my weight to 25 lbs on the hand weights and upped my leg curl weight to 80.......quads are smoked as am I, but its all going to be worth it when I get my final results! Still can't believe how fast the time has passes and how different I look now.....definitely made the right choices and can't thank Airbornejohnny18b enough for his advice and getting me started. Never could have made it this far without him.
 
So, I wanted to post some more detail as per what my workout consisted of, had to post and run this morning......getting used to being a single mom is definitely a learning curve, plus finding time to train and do meal prep.

APRIL 13 MONDAY - TRAINED ABS, BICEPS, LEGS + CARDIO

Started off wit cardio, I know lot of people g back and forth about which is best to do first, weights or cardio, but I always start with cardio. I've noticed since I began using the winstrol a big increase in my stamina and running abilities. Contrary to popular belief I was not always good with distance running. Definite boost. Did 8 miles like I said in just under an hour. Then I hit abs, I did one set of 100 crunches and then did alternate side crunches switching left to right ever 25 reps to equal about 100 reps to each side. Grabbed a 30 lb dumb bell and did Romania twists 2 sets of 50 reps with legs in the air........used to only be able to use a 10 lb weight so big strength increase there as well. Used the iron chair next and benged out 50 reps, slooooooow and steady always focused on engaging the core.

I started my leg work out next, since starting training for my comp I am proud to say I squat every day now! Warmed up with quad curls......managed to curl 80lbs for a total of 36 reps broken up with 12 count. Hit the squat rack next......used the 45lb bar and added 15lbs to each side. Squatted to mid level for 3 sets of 15......usually go ass to grass so switching I up felt crazy lol, still feeling the burn now. Did some waling lunges as well with 20lb hand weights.....didn't count them out but went for close to 15 minutes.

Trained my biceps last, used the 30lb pound bar to curl , 3 sets of 10 reps before switching to the 25lb hand weights,was able to put those up a total of 45 time!!!! Another big increase. As I said I was very skeptical about what effects if any I would see from the winstrol, but it is fucking legit. I feel leaner and stronger than ever! BIG BIG thanks again to Johnny for turning me into a believer, and to Uncle Z for having such a kick ass product! Gotta get dinner going, but will be logging my nutrition later tonight!

TODAY'S WORKOUT APRIL 13, 2015

TARGETED ABS, SHOULDERS, TRICEPS, CARDIO


I woke up today feeling super fucking pumped to hit the gym and hit hard (energy is through the roof lately lol) but before I get into that I just want to address nutrition really quick. I get asked a lot what my diet is like, how I handle cheats and such.....and while I admit to a unhealthy obsession with Cinnamon Roll Quest bars ( seriously the things I would do for Quest bars) I have to say the "secret" is simply discipline and clean, whole foods. I don't do cheat meals or cheat days, 1. Because at this point every bite counts, and 2. I don't want the garbage most people cheat with in my body. I feel like a sick sack of crap after eating that stuff. The momentary pleasure of a cheat isn't worth the loss of one second of my hard work and progress. I try not to judge, but I get ticked when people say " you only live once " ....it's true, you only live once, so why not make it exceptional? No point in training hard and then filling your machine with trash.....lol ok end rant.

Started out today with cardio, hit out 7.89 miles, fasted state with black coffee, possibly the only thing I think I am loving more is my new obsession with winstrol and anavar lol...went on to abs.....been feeling stagnant routine wise, so I shocked them with some planks, started out on my forearms, holding position for 3 sets of a minute thirty. Then I grabbed two 15 lb dumb bells, one in each hand held a high plank and ripped them straight up to my shoulder for a county of twenty, three sets. I used to shake like a leaf doing this, but since starting Uncle Z's products my core strength has been insane! Overall strength has improved as well, finally able to complete wide grip pull-ups which has been a goal FOREVER! Thanks to Johnny for getting me started, and Uncle Z for having such good stuff I finally completed that goal today! Two sets of ten.....completely unassisted...AMAZING!!!! Did shoulder presses 3 sets of 12 at 80lbs. Went on to triceps, did pull downs, 3 sets again of 12, had the weight set at 30. Also did dips till I maxed out, got in 55! Smashed my old record of 40 lol. Seriously, still shocked by the increase of my stamina and strength! Totally stoked for 6 weeks from now! Until tomorrow........

 
Someone stole my colors system. Lolol. Proud of ya kid. I told ya all along u have it in u to make this show ur bitch. Now that you're on Zs team, ull get a ton of motivation and he takes care of ya. He's always been great to me even after I dissapeared. Keep it up hun and seriously, buy that elite membership so u can PM him and u can post your pics.

TARGETED MIDDLE BACK, TRAPS, ABS, CARDIO

Starting off with a quick nutrition update tonight........although I am not a huge fan of meal prepping (I get bored easy) I did manage to knock out a couple pounds of grilled chicken, lots of people tell me they can't eat healthy because they can't cook. I kind of feel like this is BS and just another chance for people to make excuses for laziness and lack of discipline. If you can read, you can probably figure out how to cook some simple things that are nutritionally sound and taste good. When trying to transform oneself a person should always be 100% and accountable.

Started off today with what else....CARDIO! I know a lot of people hate it, but I really love running, gives me the best opportunity to clear my head and goal focus. Did 11 miles today, lol......must have a lot going on in there. After that I hit middle back, I used to have a terrible time seeing progress back there.......not so much anymore lol. Started with Inverted Rows, knocked out 3 sets of 15 reps, went on to Incline Bench Pull, again did 3x15 with a weight of 45lbs......always making sure to engage the back muscles fully and squeeeeze. Did Seated Cable Rows to finish....3x12 at 80lbs, truly a weight I never thought I'd be able to pull. Been feeling stronger and more lean every day!
Hit my traps next, Upright Cable Row 3x10 at 50lbs then Dumbbell Shrugs, 30lb dumbbell in each hand, slow and steady rolls 3x15.
Finished out with abs did Decline Crunches and Decline Oblique Crunches managed to get up to 1fuckinghundred!!!!! I see a lot of people using improper crunch form, always remember to be constantly aware of form and how you are using your body, not only will you prevent injuries, but you'll guarantee the max result for your effort.
Turning in early tonight with one of my other passions.....a little medieval military history.......gotta train everything.......mind, body and soul......

So sorry I have been absent lately......to those that have asked, I am doing The Long Island Classic on May 30th in West Babylon, NY......So about 4 weeks out almost exactly. I've had to miss a ton of workouts lately due to a host of personal ( divorce sucks )and medical issues. Its a little known thing that my second oldest brother is dying from Leukemia, there is nothing to be done to stop the cancer, but what we ( I have four others ) as siblings can do is something called peripheral blood cell donation. Basically its white cell donation, but the donation process is fairly time intensive 3-5 hours......and the after effects are nausea and exhaustion. My portion is done however, so I am looking forward to hitting the gym tonight and finally being able to log again!
 
Finally got back in the gym.....was really happy to see I didn't lose any strength or gain any weight.....which I can only chalk up to the quality of the product......had to take it semi easy......but here is a quick run down of what I did
CARDIO, CORE, LATS

Started with cardio......managed about 8 miles total flag running in 60 minutes, plus another 20 on the Stairmaster, since I'm cutting I'm trying to get in as much cardio as possible, also confession.....I love it lol. Felt like my old self which considering the break was amazing!

Hit my core, docs orders to take it easy.....did about 300 crunches, alternating bicycles with standard crunches to keep from getting bored. Also did 3 sets of Romanian twists with a 30lb dumb bell.

Went pretty hard at the lats with some pull downs, funny thing a kid asked to jump in and he set the weight about 10lbs higher than my max, which is 80lbs.....didn't even notice......crazy considering my absence.....did 4sets at 90lbs......

Sadly, I had to cut it off there......feeling like Wonder Woman and actually being her are two different things lol
