America! Fuck yeah!
What do you all like to eat first thing in the AM? Today, a non-workout day, I had chicken and brown rice with tobasco sauce dressing!

On working days I have a protein shake (1 scoop), and an instone protein pudding, because I like doing my cardio with no carbs in my system.

oatmeal either w strawberry yogurt or applesauce. this is the second time i've seen where you wrote chicken w rice n tabasco sauce. i'm having chicken n brown rice for lunch n am bummed i have no tobasco it sounds good. ever hear of a spice called old bay? that's good too.

I eat two eggs with ham, toast and a lot of milk everyday. I don't really like it though.

Those cottage cheese pancakes are sooooo good!

I'm sure you've heard of them. They've been posted here many times:
1/2c oats
1/4c cottage cheese
3 eggwhites
sweetener of choice

blend it together and cook in a pan as you would any pancake.
Adjust the recipe according to your nutritional goals.

nope i haven't. rarely come here i just basically eat the same diet all the time oatmeal, rice, sweet potatoes, chicken, some fish n sometimes what the kids are having when i'm lazy or it smells really good like pizza.

oats? like rolled oats? or is it a type of flour?

oats, cottage cheese, and 1 whole egg and 2 white OR scrambled eggs with hot sauce on it (god that is soooooooo good!) i'm beginning to put hot sauce on EVERYTHING it's crazy!

I have been doing this:

-Multi-Vitamin
-Oatmeal (1/2 cup) w/ Skim Milk
-Whey Protein Shake w/ Skim Milk
-Natural Peanut Butter (1 Tbsp)
-Sometimes I'll throw in some egg whites (hard boiled)

I know I shouldn't be drinking so much milk on a cut, but I love it.. plus I gotta finish what I've bought right?

rolled oats :)

my favorite breakfast still remains a bowl of plain quacker oats oatmeal and 2 plain medium well cooked beef patties and 2 glasses of milk

Diet French Toast Bites :)

2 slices of Multi-grain Bread
1/4 cup of Egg Beaters or other liquid egg substitute
3 Tablespoons of Fat-Free Milk / or Low carb milk
1/4 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 pinch cinnamon or nutmeg
1 pinch salt (optional)
Cut each slice of bread into 4 squares. You can leave or remove the crust.
In a large shallow bowl, mix together the egg substitute, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and, if you want, the salt.

Prepare a large skillet on a heat just above medium with no-fat cooking spray.

Add all the bread pieces to the "egg" mixture bowl and gently scoot them around with your fingers -- flipping each piece so both sides are drenched and all the mixture is absorbed.

Start cooking the bread pieces in the skillet a batch (as many pieces as you can fit in the skillet) at a time. Brown each slice for about 3 or 4 minutes. Give the skillet another thin spray of cooking oil between each batch.

**** end it with some sugar free syrup or splenda ;)

2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites.......1 cup oats and a glass of skim milk is my breakfast everyday.

1/2 cup dry oats
1 tbsp raisins
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla whey protien powder mixed in 6 oz water, pour over dry oats and let sit for about 5-10 min until soft and enjoy!

It's awesome, give it a try :lick:

1 cup of oatmeal

1 cup 2% milk (Sometimes whole milk).

4 boiled eggs whites + 1 yolk

Multi vitamins

A glass of juice or a glass of water.

It's not my favorite, but is the one I eat 5 days a week, LOL!!!:D

Flakko

5 eggs with only one yolk, salsa mixed into that, one or two morning star vegetable sausage patties (10g's protein a piece, they taste good too), and one raisin cinammon muffin. like friggin clockwork. :hmmm:
