First off, in the morning i have no choice if i want to eat oatmeal except for quaker instant oats. I eat the regular flavor, about a pack and a half with a chopped up wedge of apple and 2 whole eggs 2 whites as my normal breakfast, the package says that they are unenriched whole oats. Are they really that bad?

Secondly, Do you guys have to urinate constantly or is it just me, i consume a lot of liquids and find myself in the bathroom 2 or 3 times an hour, does this mean i have a sodium deficiency, should i increase?

Thirdly, what are some good fruits to snack on, all weve got here are pears and apples and oranges, are these ok to snack on in between meals or will they give me too much sugars? Ive been trying to cut back my sugar intake lately to cut down on carbs.

Thanks, If your wondering im on a bulk currently at 150 5-10, trying to get to around 160-165 cleanly.

Why do you have no choice? You do have a choice. Also, there are quick oats and instant oats. Instant oats are processed and should be avoided. Quick oats are mearly chopped up oatmeal that cook faster because of increased surface area. I can cook the quick oats in about a minute if I use less water. The instant oats are better than what a lot of people eat, but I still fail to see why you are locked into using that kind of oats.

I have to pee a lot, but 2-3 times per hour throughout the entire day is out of hand. Once in a while I will pee a couple times in an hour if I chug a lot of water at once, but most of the time it is a little more sane than that. It sounds like you should see your doctor about that.

Avoid fruits if you want to minimize fat gain. I limit myself to one fruit serving per day while on my current lean bulk. Pita bread might be a better snack.
 
I cant eat quick oats because im stuck on a ship and cant go out and buy my own food.

yeah i think i have an overactive bladder or something i should check that out i guess, thanks for the reply
 
Then I wouldn't worry about those oats. I'm sure they are better than other options you have.
 
i pee all the time too. i drink alot tho so im not too concerned.
 
If you drink a lot, you will pee a lot.
It is a flow thru principle.
What goes in must come out.
