I have been back into lifting & cardio for 2 years after a long hiatus. I have made some great advances like losing 30 lbs of fat and adding 25 lbs of muscle. I am pretty happy with my overall body shape at 5ft 7in and 195 lbs, though I would like to get down to 185, except I have this kind of flabby outer and lower pec. What would be the best approach to address this area. Would you recommend building the middle to upper chest to lift up the skin, or focus more specifically on excercises that would build the outer/lower pec
