First cycle advice.

25 Years old. 5'10", 187-190, BF=12-14%...No history of any AAS or PH's...
I have recently been given a good amount of test cyp. from a friend, and after reading threads on this forum for about a year am planning on doing a first cycle, my only drawback with test is i do not want to put on alot of size...I am currently involved in boxing and am not looking for big gains around 20lbs.. ---Would it be practical to run a low dose of test cyp. only for 8-10 weeks at 300-400mg's per week??? Or is there a better alternative being that my goal which is lean gains, 12lbs would be perfect...I have been involved in weight training for over 6 years, and have a pic,, for my hectic schedule and time i have available to train, i believe i am close to my body's natural potential....(pic was from when i was still drinking, I have since stopped, so have lost some BF, and lines on my back is from laying down, i don't beat myself like the dude from boardwalk empire, if youve never seen the show prob have no clue what im talkin about lol.) Any cycle suggestion with test cyp would be appreciated since i do have that available, also have open ears to other suggestions.

Weeks 1-10: Test E or C 500mg/week
Weeks 1-5: Dianabol 25mg/day
Weeks 1-10: Aromasin 12.5mg ed
Weeks 1-10: HCG: 1,000 iu/week split into 2 or 3 doses.
Week 12: Begin PCT

Kept 15lbs on a sim. Cycle
1-4 wks 40mg dbol
Test e 12 wk 500mg, 250mg x2 each wk
Arimdrex 1-4 wk 1mg ed , 5-12wk .5mg ed
13 off, 14-17 wk .25 mg ed
Hcg 500 iu x 2 a wk.

Adjust it a little nxt run tho
 
looking good bro I think your to young but if you are going to do it get blood work done you might be suprised where your test levels are at now
 
Is that more of a mass cycle? It also says mass right in the title... My main question is for lean gains without putting on alot of weight/bloat is a cycle of test cyp only at a low dose a good choice or would i be better off with something else for what im looking to do? Im not against another choice for a first cycle but through reading everyone always recommends test for first timer's, plus i also have it available.. So say i do a low dose of test and keep my calories around maintenance 3000/day.. is a test only cycle at a low dose a good choice for lean gains.. the workout plan i would run would be high volume also.
 
A low dose of cyp is fine w no dbol imo to avoid bloat....maybe tbol just to a kickstart. RightOn is correct dont rush into something . You are just hittn the age have you used creatine yet
 
If you only want a few "lean gain" pounds, then the AAS section isn't where you belong. You can easily do that without AAS. You weigh 190 pounds with 14% bodyfat. A proper diet + training plan to drop your bodyfat and build muscle is what you need.

I might be wrong but i don't consider 12-15 pounds a few, My body fat is alot lower since i restarted boxing especially since most was in my stomach from all the boozing so I"m prob around 10-12%max. Don't get me wrong i wanna put on size i just dont wanna blow up.
 
A test only cycle with an AI to prevent bloat will put a solid 10 pounds on you after PCT. Take that cycle I posted, remove dbol from it, and bam. Make sure you eat enough and your training is on par.

Never had bloodwork done will check it out before i start anything.. yea i used creating from LifeExtensions brand before weight fluctuated up and then back down after. -i don't have enough posts to PM
