First cycle gains?

What would be an average amout to gain on your first cycle os test?
assuming you diet properly.. And how much of that can you expect to keep with proper pct?
Using what a company like to call legal gear i gained about 7 lbs of good muscle in 3 months simply taking in 255g of protein and eating normal..

Legal gear = Fizogen
product called On Cycle
their d-bol
their anodrol

i have kept most of the weight just dont look as full because i havent been able to workout in a few months because of problems at work . but all is solved and will get back at it hard soon
 
Pretty much anywhere from 15-40 pounds depending on various factors. I would not aim for more than 20 pounds in 10 weeks myself, unless somehow it didn't affect my blood pressure massively. I have put on 20 pounds in 3 weeks with anadrol in the mix, but most of that was lower body water weight that I saw very little of elsewhere except in strength, and my blood pressure actually remained acceptable.

Legal Gear is of course, not actual steroids.
 
That is what i was thinking. im still reading up on a few things and have another 5wks of the legal stuff to get b4 i actually start.

those supplements (Legal Gear) are a waste of money. you gained weight because you trained harder and not because your were taking their "gear" it's called the placebo effect. if you are new to resistance training 7 lbs in 3 months is on the very low end of the weight gaining scale. I'm sure your imroved diet and training accounting for 100% of your gains.

don't fall for any supplements that claim to give "steroid like" gains, because they don't. not even close.

I have put on 20 lbs in 5 weeks or so and for the first time I have high blood pressure. Is that cause of the weight gain mudge?
 
I dont know what your baseline BP was, mine goes up with holding water, but I dont pull in a ton. When I do drol I pull in a lot of lower bodyweight, but my BP still remains in safe territory. I have been as high as about 130/88 as best I can recall, which is not fantastic but hot the 170/120 I have seen where he "wasn't sure" he should stop his cycle or not.

I do however run anti aromatase drugs through my cycles in moderate doses. Somehow even though I pulled in a pound a day for 3 weeks, I didn't notice it much. With my first cycle though I felt every pound, I was sweating profusely and getting tired easily. I was doing the "see-food" diet, and apparently all that pizza was not completely positive.
 
I was normally 120 over 85 and last week I was 120 over 94. My doc put me on BP meds and it goes right down just wasnt sure if its my bod not used to being this heavy. I ussually am 187 lbs. for about 6 months I heald at 195, after working out and taking 200mg of test a week I am at 215. 1st time in my life ive been over 200. I have more energy at 215 than I ever did at 187. I can move quick and agile now. Feels weird though having all this momentum when I run.

I'm shooting for 240 then I'm gonna cut.
 
my weight gain was a simple guess i also put on wtaer weight and so forth. just a n estimate of actual quality weihgt which is more important.
