Hey guys, im the usual "i cant gain any weight" case that you have all heard before.
Im 28 about 5'10, 19%BF (used measurement calculation, prob not too accurate)
I have been 150, give or take, since i was 17....i eat like a beast, healthy food, then not so healthy food, and never notice any big changes.
I never really worked out seriously, just running (not very often) and some breakdancing.
Anyway i started my first cycle in october im currently in the middle of week 9.
im looking for any input or advice, there is nothing wrong or anything like that, im just curious.

week 1-6 Dbol Oral 40mg/day
week 1-12 Test prop, but its broken down like this...... (week 1-6 600mg/week) week 7-12 alternating weeks from 800 to 900mg....
Example: week 7 800mg, week 8 900mg, week 9 800mg and so on.....

thats basically it, plus a super b complex and flaxseed oil and protein shake from walmart :/
I make sure i have my body weight plus more in protein a day
and been chowing down pretty good on steaks, eggs, tuna, beef, chicken, etc. Not over doing it, just mostly getting seconds of normal servings

I started at 153lbs (Max dumbell bench press was 80lbs x1, thats 40lbs in each hand)
I work out 4-5 days/week
Any guesses as to where im at now? Im just wanting to know what is considered average in weight and strength for week 9.

Wow bro. U should've gotten a good base to build on. Now when u come off its going to be a bitch to keep your gains. U not gaining size was due to not eating right. Diet is wayyyyy more important then gear. Oh and that's a high dose of test for a first cycle. And there is no average size that people put on. U can eat like shit and be pinning a ton of gear and hardly gain a damn thing

Good diet for bulking or whatever you are trying to achieve...build a good base...when you have gotten all you can natural then you decide if you want to make the leap into gear. Dont try to use the gear to create your base because like the Bro said earlier, when you come off you will fight to keep gains. All of what the Bro posted above are correct. We are only here trying to help you out. Theres no avarage strength or weight for week 9 or any week, we are all different and gear effects us different. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks guys, and sorry i should have clarified, I started to train seriously before i started my first cycle, i was at 40lb each when i first entered the gym. I dont remember what i was at when i started my cycle.
Yeah my plan is to gain mass.
Im currently at 172lbs (about 20lbs in 9 weeks) almost no water ret. and very little fat on me. my dumbbell bench is at 80lbs each hand x8x4, i havent tried finding my max yet but thats the highest i have tried so far.
In my opinion, my body seems to be taking to the gear very well, i have no sides at all minus some minor oily skin while i was using the dbol, but nothing now that im off of it. but I do have PCT waiting for me when im done also.

Yeah i know there is no real "average" for gains and what not, i just wanted to hear what you guys thought from the info that was given. More to spark conversation, not really something i absolutely needed to know.

I didnt realize that it would be hard to keep my gains after, definitely makes sense though....i guess i have a lot of hard work ahead of me :/

I do have a question for you though, what is the best thing to do about joint pain? just last week after a pretty solid Bicep workout, my left elbow was hurting a bit, especially when i straighten my arm out. What should i do about it?

The joint pain and tendon pain is coming from your training being considerably heavier in a short period of time. Glucosamine helps joints. Ask your grandma what she takes and take the same lol. Make sure u do ur pct right and continue eating correctly and hitting it in the gym after u come off and u should be able to keep a decent amount of your gains. U should of trained natty until u had a solid base and close to ur genetic potential but its too late for that now. Just make sure u keep at it bro. Losing gains u worked your ass off for sucks bad. Also if ur going to run a other cycle make sure time on equals time off after pct and I recommend getting post cycle bloods. I noticed your not even running an ai. Not good at all bro. I recommend picking up some formeron or aromasin and run that the rest of your cycle and through pct to keep estro down. Take all the advice given and make sure u stick to it bro. Last thing u want is to fuck up your endocrine system for good at a young age. Get to 10 posts and ull be able to pm. If u need any help hit me up

Dude you just posted a thread saying you just started to train. You need to hold off.

Steroids aren't a magic fix all drug. U need dedication a good diet and routine. Diet is the most important thing in this lifestyle bro

Thanks Longworthb, I'll keep that in mind. Ok I'll definitely get some aromasin. And I will prob lower my test a bit too.
But anyways, obviously I already passed a point so there is no way I can hold off. I'm not running in blind, I have a source who knows all the science to the gear and muscle health and I do have the dedication, diet and a pretty good routine so I'm not really worried about anything. Longworthb pretty much gave me the input I wanted, thanks again. I'll definitely get a hold of you if I need anymore advice.

Yeah im up a little more then 20lbs and strength has doubled.
I am using slin pins, it takes a bit to load up but there is seriously no pain at all, i alternate from quads to glutes. Most people dont like slin pins but obviously it works for me, i have very little fat on me so they work fine.
