First cycle...need advice!

Im looking to do my first cycle and was down to two options.
Option A-
Weeks 1-10 500 mg GP Test Enathate250 per week
Weeks 1-10 100mg GP Mast 100 every other day
Weeks 1-5 75mg GP Oxy anadrol every day
Weeks 5-10 1000iu's Pregnyl HCG every week
Weeks 12-16 20mg GP Nolva/50mg GP Clomiphene every day

Option B-
Or a more straight and basic approach of
Weeks 1-16 600mg Test E
Weeks 1-14 400mg EQ
last 6 weeks 40mg Tbol

Im 39 years old and have been training for about 4 years. Body fat at 18%.
Looking for some veteran advice before i get started. Thanx a bunch!
 
Both are two heavy for a first cycle. If you see the sticky in this section, you'll see that 600mg/week test for 10 weeks is a recommended starting cycle. You'll definitely gain noticeably on that, and a higher dose really isn't necessary for your first one.

Stick with 500-600mg test a week for 10-12 weeks, with a max of one oral for your first cycle. Have your PCT (HCG, nolva, clomid) ready before you start.

Also, I HIGHLY suggest dropping down to 12-14% before you start cycling. The higher bodyfat will give you a greater propensity towards the testosterone aromatizing into estrogen, and you'll get more sides.

What's your diet and routine like? Hopefully something like 3-4 training days a week with 500+ extra calories over BMR on workout days and 500 less on non-workout days, right?

Thank squigy! Your advise seems to be on point as someone else recommended that I do 10 weeks as apposed to the 16.

My workout is currently at 6 days a week. I intend to to dial up my protein and calories once I began the cycle. I have about 3 weeks before I intend to begin so Ill work hard to drop my bodyfat. Will update on my progress...thanx again! Its amazing how much you (me) think know untill you really start talking to people that REALLY know!
