first cycle review

I am 31 6'2 200 lbs and am 10% body fat I am looking to put on more size and lower my body fat I work out. 5 day a week but will probably go to 6 days a week hitting everything twice while on cycle. I keep a fairly good diet around 2500-3000 calories a day with a 40/40/20 macro split . I am about to do my first cycle and would like you guys to look over it and review it before I make my order. I have previously done 2 superdrol cycles and one epi- tren pro hormone cycles. my second superdrol cycle caused a lil bump in my right nipple minor gyno I guess. so here is my plan. weeks 1-10 test-e 250mg twice a week with aromasin 12.5 every day . Then for pct starting week 12 clomid at 100/100/100/50 with aromasin at 25/25/25/12.5. I know hcg is recommended but I and not a fan of needles at all so I would like to avoid extra shots If I could. I will also probably get some nolva as well in case of a gyno flair. I have read the sticky posts and think I am on the right track. but any help and suggestions would be appreciated. Also I have some tendonitis issues in my elbows. should I throw in something to help with that like var or deca. I know simpler the better and I would rather keep it a test only cycle but just a thought. Thanks
 
first off welcome aboard and thank you for doing atleast some research! your on the right track, some points i would give you is your good as far as cycle goes don't worry about the oral just stick to test so you can have a good idea how your body reacts to it and you can dial what doses work best for you easier if there's only one compound going into you.
now as far as diet goes i would bump that up whether you start the cycle or not if you work a physical job like i do then that amount of cals most likely isn't covering your needs that's fine if you sit a t a desk all day but any kind job thats physical plus working out 5 times a week you'd need more like 3000-3500 and if your going to be doing everybody part twice a week you'd def need more like 3500 or more
only other thing ill say is don't jump into raising weight and frequency of gym visits right away let your body tell you how much you can handle so you don't get hurt, i see it happen a lot especially from the younger crowd, you feel like a god on the sauce then get hurt from lifting too much because your body's not used to the over load even with the faster recovery

as always take what is said with a grain of salt, do lots of research even if you thing your diet is on point, which is funny because that's the most common thing said on these sites and yet most ppl who say that get asked what there diet looks like and they post up a copy and paste diet that isn't half of what they should be eating but anyhow good luck and if you have any other questions read up first then ask away
 
Thanks for the reply! My job isn't very demanding but I probably still will start doing 3500 calories a day to get the most out of this cycle. I'll just stick to the test only plan the only reason I asked about the Decca or var was I read it helped with collegen (sp) and tendon repair. So if I do this right and keep my calories up and train hard why kind of results could I expect . I would like to be 210lbs with like 8% body fat as a future goal.
 
Yes, get the Tamoxifen and have it on hand before you start.

I don't think you should dose all the way up at 25mg aromasin during PCT. You don't want to totally crush your estrogen.

100/50/50/50 would probably be more comfortable with the clomid as well and you can extend a week or two if not recovered. Some people don't like the way climid effects them. Moodiness and crying like a chick in a romance/tragedy over nothing is the complaint I heard from some. 50 mg should stimulate plenty if it's legit clomid

I agree increase the calories. As far as joint pain goes there a few options but like jcsl said find out how your body reacts to this first. Its so important to see how "you" feel on each compound before you start mixing them up. This way you know what to adjust based on experience of how you feel. You start with 3 different things you will be just guessing if you need to tweak it half way through the cycle. Increase your healthy fats to aid with joints drink plenty of water.

Later on in like your 3rd cycle you might try NPP for the joints. I am a little long in the tooth compared to most on here I am 42 so my joints will get sore from time to time. Before I run a big bulk cycle I try to run NPP for a cycle ahead of it to heal the joints and I even keep it through cycles to keep them good. Its a great mass builder at MG's above 500 below that all it really does for me is make my joints feel like I'm 25 again. EQ is another suggestion for collagen rebuilding. But first figure out how your body reacts to this cycle first.

one last tip if you slam dunk your estrogen levels your joints will keel like shit along with pretty much everything thing else as well. You still need a little so don't go over board on the AI's just enough and no more.
 
There is no cut and dry answer. You have to know how you react to each compound. Everyday might be the right protocol for you. EOD might be as well. Al I am saying is keep an eye on it and be aware if it gets too low
 
ok so clomid at 100/50/50/50 aromasin at 12.5x4 weeks and have nolva on hand. what natty test boosters do you recommend?
 
Natty test boosters are all garbage in my humble opinion. If your going to cycle on and off. The best you can do is what you already have planned. I know you said you don't like needles but HCG is the way to go. Seriously its a slin pin. 1/2 inch long I usually don't even feel it. Sorry to sound like a dick but man up and pin the HCG.

Your cycle looks fine. Lower your clomid. You don't need HCG. It's been proven over and over again for many years. Especially on a simple cycle like yours. If you want it, then get it. If you don't, then forget it. I don't recommend working each muscle twice a week. You're not working hard enough it sounds like. What people forget is the muscle grows and gets stronger. But guess what? The soft tissue in your joints don't. You think you have elbow pain now? Just wait until you over load them and work the fuck out of them like you plan on. Be smarter and just train your ass off to failure and you shouldn't have to work the muscle twice a week. The muscle recovers and grows outside of the gym while resting and eating. Not by working them.
