Hey guys, I'm wanting to start my first cycle and somebody has recommended test and deca..current BF is 8%. Anybody got any better ideas or is this combo cool...:thinking:
 
Only test at 500mg ew would make an excellent first cycle,if you choose to add deca make sure you use more test than the 19-Nor!Eq also make a sweet combo with test!And don't forget to use an AI!!!
 
Thanks bro, sounds good. so having done some research i'm seeing different dosages with the deca, some once a week, some are saying bi-weekly to keep the levels steady..i'm thinking 250mg would be good??
 
What Fred said.I want to add that if you want to take deca for your joints 200mgs ew is fine, but to see any gains from it you'll need at least 400 mgs ew.Were I you I'd save the deca for the next time and run just test the first go round.
 
thanks man..ok, so assuming I take your advice and run deca another time is 500mg of test ew going to be enough (in your opinion)
 
Post more of your stats bro, you will get a lot more help. Weight, height, training experience, etc. 8% is a great place to be at. What are your goals? Are you looking to lean up or add mass. Test and deca make for an excellent mass builder, although test only is usually recommended for a first run and can yield some fantastic results on it's own. Can you take test and deca together for your first time? Sure, if you do all your homework. Just be weary and follow what the guys said above, run and AI, HCG, etc. Like I said, post more of your stats and we can throw more help your way. Good luck!

Ok man, thx..currently 173, 5'7, 30 wst, 8% BF, yak yak.....been training seriously for 2yrs 2months. I'm pretty lean at this point but I'm looking to add some mass without looking like a water balloon. Seems like I'm just "maintaining" the last couple of months. Also, you're right, initially test was recommended, but then a trainer suggested test/deca combo. I don't take this lightly and I'd like to get the best advice, so any recommendations are really appreciated. peace

Monday: chest and triceps. Sprint training.
Tuesday: shoulders. Sprint training

Diet; 1 shake 60gs oats when I wake up
dextrose, maltose, caffeine creatine, taurine, arginine, directly before and after training. A shake 20mins after training
Then I eat every 2 hours over my 12 hour shift at work, usually 130g of tuna and then 27g of oats mixed with a little protein shake, or a meal with the equivalent nutritional values in terms of protein and carbohydrate. My last meal of the day is 6 egg whites 3yolks and amino acid drink an ZMA’s. I also eat about 9 fruit and veg as an when through the day.
I’ve been giving the gear some serious thought for about 3 years now, doing a fare amount of research on the net. Although I did have a brief cycle on oxandrolone I was naive and was not training correctly to make the most of it. I am in good shape at the minute with good proportions but want to stack on 20lbs of lean muscle.
My proposed cycle is sustanon 250, for 8 weeks ( will this be long enough? I have noticed some run longer because they say it doesn’t really kick in until week4) at 500mg a week split into two injections one on the Monday and the other on the Thursday. However since I have been researching about sustanon (as its what I have decided I want to take) I have seen a lot of different PCT recommendations, I am able to get hold of both nova and clomid but have been reading about the role of HCG, some people seem to think it is essentail where as others just run nova or clomid. Its basically the PCT which I am unsure about i.e What? When? ,in What doeses?, how long after the last injection should PCT start? And continue for? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if thats your arm in your avatar, your doing good bro. if you dont want bloat go without the deca and add t-bol 60mg ed and your test thats good. also youll need hcg or clomid or both and nolva on hand just in case gyno comes in to play for your pct. good luck.
 
Yup, that would be me, thanks. Actually after doing some more reading I was going to go with just test 1st cycle, although I was going to get some Eq just in case. Being that t-bol puts stress on the liver with the normal dosage being 20-40mg ed, wouldn't 60mg be a little overkill?? I'd like to live long enough to see the results of my 1st cycle:eek:

I was going with clomid, nolva (just in case) and proviron..that cool?

its your first cycle but most guys go to 60 mg without problems and all orals put somekind of stress on the liver. but your intelligent enough to know how to run your first cycle but yeah go with wat you said but i would save the clomid and nolva for pct and run the proviron with your test 500mg of either the test e or cyp. and if your going to use the eq with test it will also give you some joint protection. so i would run eq 600mg wk 1 shot with the test 500mg wk 1 shot same day. then u got your proviron and clomid and nolva for pct. it takes awhile for eq to show changes to your body but with arms like those bro you have good genetics it seems like it from the one arm. just make sure you take liver protection in milk thistle 4,000mg ed and you can grab a bottle called spring valley at walmart for $7.00 for 90 gelcaps. and drink at least 1 to 1.5 gallons of water ed , and your whey , bcaas , cardio, clean diet. but you seem very smart so youll be fine if thats good , i wish you the best bro and compete when you think your ready for a show i dont know if u ever did but keep it in mind. good luck anything i can help just pm me ill do wat i can. take care.:clapping:

ps...i meant take the proviron with your cycle and use the clomid, nolva and look into hcg for your pct.
 
Hey, thanks man..appreciate the support! I knew what you meant with the pct..I didn't clarify that I was going to do the proviron with the cycle and the clomid/nolva for the pct. I have read several articles on hcg and was a bit confused on an issue. It says to start the hcg 3 weeks after the last test injection at 5000IU with 20mg. of nolva ed as support. Week 4 would be the same and week 5 the hcg would be dropped to 2500IU. Week 6 thru 8 would be just 20mg. of nolva ed as support. My issue is, there is no pct for weeks 1 and 2? It would seem that I would be taking at least nolva for weeks 1 and 2?? THAT confused me.
I've already got the milk thistle on hand and of course the whey, etc. (feels like I'm packing for a trip) :D I don't do a hell of alot of cardio due to A) my diet and B) my metabolism Even though I eat mega amounts ed it's all pretty clean intake so I burn it up rather quickly. I'm already pretty lean/vascular, that's not an issue, but if I toss too much cardio in the mix I'm afraid of burning up some muscle tissue. For the most part, I think I've got all bases covered. Really appreciate the advice and support man..thanks again.
 
Two years of natty training is nothing, train 2 or 3 more.
