Hello to all! I have the utmost respect for all who train both naturaly and with the assistence of modern day science. I have finally after 20 years decided to move forward to the dark side! LOL...
My question is I have done a fair amount of research and feel a cycle of EQ stacked with Test Prop would be ideal for my physic and desired goals.
When should I start Nolvadex and should i use clomid with it during the cycle or after. I ask because i hear conflicting reports and would like any advice with regards to my question... Thank u all and train hard!
 
Stats, age, years training, diet, cycle layout plan?

I am 6'2", 200 lbs and 42 yrs old. I currently am at 8% BF and train 5 days a week. I have very good abs (30" waist / 49" chest) and vascularity but would like to add 10 to 15 lbs of quaility muscle and keep the veins and cuts.
20 years lifting with an extremly good diet and knowledge of diet.
I have taken myself as far as I can go without steroids and would like to see what i could accomplish this summer.
I appreciate and thank all who give their advice~!
 
I am 42, 6'2" and 200 lbs. I have 30" waist with 48" chest. My diet is excellent. 8% BF. Long build (arms and legs are long)... I train 5 days a week. One body part heavy per week 6 rep range while the other stay at 10 to 12 with drop sets. Really want to add 10 to 15 lbs and keep the cuts and vascularity that I have now. Thx for any advice and respect to you!

you dont need prop and eq to keep cut, that can be done with test enanthate and a crackin diet , so stick with test for a first cycle see how your body reacts
 
@ 42 a test prop or test E only cycle will give you great results, you will feel 20 again!
 
Sorry for the run on thread. Did not realize it was a delay on the post... My fault! Thx for the input. There are just so many options and i want to put myself in the best position for maximum gains...

Thx Old School! I respect all who love the iron... I confess at 42 I just have given into seeing what all my discipline and hard work can do with a wee bit of help! LOL...
 
My test came in today. I was instructed to take 200mg on Monday and 200mg on Thursday. I have 1cc needles. How many units would 200mg be? I have looked on-line and am having trouble locating this info. Thx for all the advice. It is most appreciated!!!
 
it should be on the label of what its dosed at 1cc=1ml so if your vial says 200mg/ml it would be 200mg/cc/ml

but if its 250mg/ml look into running 500mg/wk of test

Also What ester is the test? Cyp or enanthate?
 
Propinate... my friend said it would hold less water and keep me leaner... Thank u!

well brother, The person who told you to inject twice a week is a moron, and has no understanding about half life's and what they mean in correlation to the frequency of injections.

With prop, your going to need to inject Every Other Day (EOD)

I assumed it was either cyp or enanthate becasue you were talking about doing mon-thurs injects.

with prop run it at 100mg EOD if your test is 200mg/ml run .5 EOD

If your Prop is 200mg/ml then you can expect some pretty painful injection areas. Let me know how that feels... LOL

Seriously, if this is your first cycle, then your probably not going to want to pin yourself EOD for 10+ weeks. EQ should be run at least 15 weeks since it does not really kick in until after week 5. You would run your EQ on the schedule you mentioned earlier (twice per week) and then start and run your PROP weeks 6-15 and pin that EOD.

I would think that you would get great results doing 500mg Cyp for 10 weeks and running ADEX or Arom EOD/E3D which would keep the bloat minimal. If your diet is as tight as you have stated, I can see 10lbs solid if you work hard enough. Also make sure you have Clomid for PCT, not Nolva

Also, Is it a good idea to cycle shots from glutes to inner thigh???
 
I did 1cc (200mg)... i am now going to do it every other day at .5. That is best correct? Thx again i appreciate your advice very much! No matter how much i research everyone has a different take. Ugh...
 
One last question. All this has been awesome. Wouls 3cc / 20 gauge / 1" pins be best for the test???

I inject with 25g and it's pretty much painless.
