Did my first delt shot today and I have to admit, it was even easier than a quad shot. I really enjoying pinning now. I'm considering using Test Prop next time just so I can pin more. But my only pin spots right now are glutes which I don't like doing b/c I have a hard time turning around, quads have been really easy, and delts, so a total of six spots I can rotate. I might even try a calve shot if I get brave. I'm only shooting Test C and there's minimal PIP. Right now I'm using Biotech but it has a tiny PIP that is hardly noticeable. I also have Paddock which is pharm grade and is smooth and I get zero PIP. I have Olympus Test C coming in and I'm switching to it when I get it just to compare. Any other suggestions for sites? I have 25 g 1" pins right now. Where do you guys enjoy pinning?
 
Really, really, really bad idea to pin calves... Try your lats and triceps, if you have genetically magnificent calves that are large I guess go ahead. I think most who have tried calve injections have only done it once...

Ha ha. I wish I had big calves. Probably my weakest body part. I'll probably stay away from the calve.

Totally agree! The two worst shots I have ever done were a calve inj and a bicep inj. I couldnt walk right with the calf one and when I did the bicep I couldnt curl my arm. And I'm not talking about slin pins either, I'm talking 23x1.5. Damn, thinking back now make me gringe a little.

Biceps were also brutal. I remember that one keeping me up a night...it gave me just a touch of respect for those jackasses that pump huge amounts of seo's in there arms(Greg Valentino and alike)
 
Use slin pins and just hit delts and quads....most guys with decent muscle have about a 2-3 inch area in there delt to pin...doesnt have to be str8 down the middle everytime....
 
I only have one inch pins at the moment. But it went pretty smooth. I might buy some 5/8" for delt.
 
Delts are my top choice...can't reach my ass. Just recently been pinning quads

You should pin your calves with the prop! Just kidding! for God sake dont pin calves! When I was a newb searching for pin sites,I decided to smash my calf with a shot of sust 250. bwahahaha that shit hurt like hell and couldn't walk right for days. you can pin delts in three locations and quads in three or four on each quad. also pecs are ok but if youve never pinned prop before try a big muscle like glutes or quads first and cut it with something like eq or grape seed oil untill ya get used to it. trust me, you'll be glad you did. p.s if you're lean 5/16 or 1/2 slin pins work great for pinning 1ml in lots of locations.
 
U can slin pin tris and pecs and lats. These are my Fav spots when pinning Ed. Other then that I use 22-25 1-1 1/2 on delts glutes.

Yeah it was shitty. The first stick I hit a nerve and my arm jumped so bad I accidentally pulled the needle out so I had to go again:shooter: Don't think I have the balls now to even go with a slin pin on calves or bis. The bad first time tramatic experience screwed me for life on those spots.
 
i stick to quads, 25g 1 inch and rotate inner, outer, and top on all three sections of my quad. When I pin Tren coming up I will put in some delt work to but I hate pinning glutes. I gave up on it. Only problem with quads is I hit nerves allot and start making my quads twitch, so I like to inject slow into my quad.
 
Back in the suspension days i would find all kinds of nifty places to pin...some sucked...some didnt....but actually traps arent bad..and there easy to reach....
 
I pinned the other delt today. Went really smooth. I'll stay away from the calve and bi lol. For me, delts and quads are the easiest. I don't know why but the pin just seems to go in smoother on the delt than the quad. I think I tense up too much when I do quad. I can keep my delt pretty relaxed. It seems like there's more veins and nerves in the quad too so more can go wrong. I push the pin in really slow too. It probably takes 20-30 seconds to get all the way in but I don't bleed afterwards and I suppose it's better than just smashing it in.

If your delts are bigger than most girls delts, you can use 1.5"... The deeper you go on glutes, delts, quads, etc.. the less it hurts(especially when using larger amounts of oil in the injection sites....) slin pins are ok, but you have to realize that you aren't getting into the muscle unless you are really lean!
 
I've been rotating sites between delt and quad but my delt pins go so much smoother. The pin just slides in easily and there is no blood and you can't even really see I just pinned. When I pin quads it's almost as if I can feel it going thru veins. A few times when I was almost all the way in I could feel a slight pinch. Never had these issues with delts. I may go delts only from here on out.
 
I like using delts also, quads arent bad for me about 4" up from knee
