1) Age - 37
2) Weight and Percent BodyFat - 193/13%
3) Years of Consistant Training experience - 5 years
4) Previous Cycle experience - Test E only and running at 500 PW
5) Training routine and Diet - DC training, and diet will change as I start a new cycle, right now intermittent fasting style. But again this will change with cycle.
6) Cycle Goals - The old LMM just want to add a little size, and definition while dropping to around 11% BF or less.
Currently thinking of running like this:
W 1-8 50mg Tren A EOD
W 1-8 50mg Test Prop EOD
Anastrozole @ .25 -.5 EOD
Caber @ .5 twice per week
Then a normal PCT
My question is, is that enough Test Prop, and is this going to get me a good noticeable gain? (as far as muscle goes)
Or would I be better off running test E @ 250 wk for12 weeks and start the Tren in week 2?
