Flat dumbell presses going down?

I haven't done flat dumbell presses in about 5 weeks or so and at that point, I was able to do 80lb dumbells at 7 reps. Today, I tried 80lbs again for the first time in a while (I was doing the barbell in the meantime) and only got out 3 reps. Is this normal?

I should mention that the past weekend I did not have the kinda diet I usually do because of a party, and did not sleep saturday night and worked sunday, however I did return to normal diet for the first half of today with a lot sleep the past night. Could this have contributed to the significant decline as well?
 
Seems like to me once I stopped doing DB presses mine go down very easily, but just the same they go up very easily as well! Just lack of doing em I think.

really? didn't know that, kinda odd I guess, but good to hear that i'm the only one where that has happend
 
Nervous system isn't used to it.

Stabilizers aren't used to it.
