I haven't done flat dumbell presses in about 5 weeks or so and at that point, I was able to do 80lb dumbells at 7 reps. Today, I tried 80lbs again for the first time in a while (I was doing the barbell in the meantime) and only got out 3 reps. Is this normal?
I should mention that the past weekend I did not have the kinda diet I usually do because of a party, and did not sleep saturday night and worked sunday, however I did return to normal diet for the first half of today with a lot sleep the past night. Could this have contributed to the significant decline as well?
