I've only been on my revised diet for 3 das so far and I am already sick of cold hard boiled eggs. I was wonderin if there was something quick and easy to flavour them with? I dont wanna use salt, dunno if ketchup will be fiddly. Was wonderin if I boiled them in chicken stock if theyd take on the chicken flavour?

Any ideas welcome

Thanks

Thats a great idea thanks man. But that would take weeks. Thanks anyways. Any other ideas? Pfunk? Jodi?

Are you also avoiding salt? If not herbamare is a fantastic herbal salt.

Are you doing eggs as it is a low carb thing?

Boiled eggs, red or green onions, touch of olive oil and dill weed is great.

In all honesty, I throw mixed herbs and lemon juice on most things when dieting (I eat carbs though)

No eatin three whole eggs and two whites along with 2 cups of raw oats ( cant work out the macros for raw oats and its tickin me off) with 1 cup of full fat milk and a banana. As far as I know loads of salt=bad

EFA Mayo or Safflower Mayo.

why would it be different?

Just assumed it was.

Thanks for the idea jodi but I only have time to pick them up and bite them on second thoughts anyone know of an ok tastin dippin sauce that wont ruin my diet?

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
mustard, hot sauce and salsa

hang on hand a brain way, what about ketchup?

Full of sugar and crap

there is so little that I wouldn't worry about it. Besides, a low salt diet is not good for an athlete.

I was thinking about the sugar.

Old El Paso Salsa does not have sugar.

I ususally make my own salsa, get mustard from a health food shop (whole grain), and a lot of hot sauces have sugar as well.

Well if I up my water intake to four litres that will help with the salt issue right?

Home made salsa is a great way to flavor eggs. Mustard is better than mayonaisse if you're trying to keep things on the leaner side. But once again are you shooting for low carbs on this one? Jodi's right, athletes need salt for quality of hydration.
