Flax bread

I remember DP posting about Flax Bread along time ago on ABC. (Assuming that Flax bread is made with flax) How can it be any good. What I mean is if flax breaks down relatively easily under heat how can it be any good once the bread has baked?

Yes, they sell flax bread in stores and make bagels w/ it too...I'll try to find something later today if I have time, I came across this issue before
