I read the sticky above with all the calculators posted. I was wondering if anyone has an excel style or a good online calculator that you input what it is your eating and it tells you how many cals/prot/carbs etc...you are intaking, that you could e-mail me or reply on here a link. I think i found one a long time ago that did all this for you, but not sure if I need to make it myself or if there is one already out there that can do this for me?
