Im cutting wieght, about 11calories per pound, i picked a
50/30/20 ratio
ACCORDING TO AN ALPHA WIEGH-IN, im supposed to have about 23% body fat, which i am hearing should be true (and hoping)
anyway, i want to get lower then 13%
and based on your experiences/knowlege, with a 4 day wieghtlift and 2 day cardio workout, how long approx will it take til i get under 13%?
