Hey guys. I heard that some people are carb sensitive and of course everyone has their own method of what works best. I don't know if I'm carb sensitive or whatever, but I have noticed I feel different when eating different types of food. You know when you feel fat after eating, thats what I mean.
Carb Example:
-Sometimes bread will make me feel fat and lower my self esteem. lol
-Spaghetti, I felt like a real tub of goo after eating spaghetti.
-Brown Rice, I get my carbs in but I still feel good and lean after eating rice even if I am full.
-Potatos, I feel pretty good still after having a plain baked potato

Protein:
-Chicken doesn't make me feel bad.
-Whey is very light and I feel fine
-A beef patty can make me feel fat

It's Common sense that I should stick to what makes me feel better. I don't really have a question, I would just like to know your thoughts on this.

probably just psychological, deep down you know what foods are better than others, and poor choices manifest themselves in making you feel slightly depressed or something. It's a good mind frame to have.

My sister claims that if she eats white bread/soda for lunch at work - she will be fighting to stay awake after that. Yet if she has wholegrain (no soda, or diet) she's fine.

This last paragraph i'm just going to throw in because i want to type abit more before i go for my arvo run.

The bread and spaghetti may cause a spike in blood glucose levels and thus an over production of insulin which in turn could possibly cause insulin induced hypoglycemia - low blood sugar, low energy.
