Branched Chain Amino Acids.
Carbohydrates and protein in liquid form is ideal I think. I use skim milk, dextrose, and whey. Then I throw down a banana after I finish the workout.
is this like bananas and alike ?
Any difference if I do 2 scoops of whey P w/ water post workout and add a banana with my meal 45 minutes after my workout?
bcaas are expensive, but they do work. Use them midway during the end of your workout.
