When I played football in high school i was 230 going into double sessions. I came out at the end of the week at 210. I was wondering how can football players maintain mass while they are doin so much cardio, which seems to be muscle wasting. Also why didnt I overtrain I sure did feel like shit after a practice, but how was I ever able to recuperate even with subpar nutrition. If did the same with bodybuilding wouldnt that be a recipe for disaster.
