with my stickness you are going to see a lot of people heading towards the lower carb intake live style, but there is trade off we need to look at. People are going on this low carb quick is great, but they fail to see that companies are sticking atifical sweetners in everything and calling it low carbs. The general population need to be more aware of what the trade off is in a sensible approach. As bodybuiders we take time to prefer or meals from whole fresh fruits and vegetable. The general population is going to look for a quick and easy way to get things on the go and not take notice to this laden with toxic chemicals. I have been through hell and back and it was the fact I had to take my own diagnose in my own hands or I would have died seriously in only a matter of months. I am back to 80% of where I was and getting better each day. If people follow a lower carb diet it is going to piss off the medical community big time because lower carb diet is reduced refine sugar which pathogens feed on. With reduction in over pathogens people aliments are going to be as less pronounced, diebetes is going to be kept more in ck and there for DR's visits will be decreased but the population needs to be made aware that the possible dangers of food addictives that companies are slipping in to their products and claiming they are low carb. I have become very knowledgeable in this field over the past 4-5 months and have been introduced to a whole different out look on things. I have alot of my clients taking a total new approach to weight loss that people are coming back and thanking me for not only being concerned out their goals but making them aware of what they have been doing to their body for past how many years. I am just making a stateent saying low carb diets are going to make a major impact on the medical community only if the population follows them in a intelligent way and to do alittle research into what they are putting into their bodies as the trade of carbs. Carbs are not the bad guys. Its the kind of carbs that the majority of population is comsuming. Low carb diets also mean population needs to be aware of the ph balance and natural flora balnces that needs to be maintained. Other wise if that balnce is not maintained then there could be serious health factors which I have experiences over the past 6 months. Also high protein diets need to have peoper mineral and vitamins to keep peoples body in check and chemical reactions taking place. The liver needs to be kept in check becuase congestion CAN occur and screw up chemical reactions in the thyroid and other glands. These are just some of the things the general population needs to be aware of. Even though blood test come back saying your fine that don;t mean shit if you till feel like garbage. Then drs label it IBS or chronic fatique syndrome becuae they are to lazy to look further into thngs. My doctor wouldn;t run the ONE testI needed so I went to and had it done and it came back postive for a shit load of pathogens in my gut.
 
Can you tell us more about what you were consuming that caused these problems.

E.g. artificial sweeteners
 
caffine, ephderine, green tea, under calorically intake, high protein diet with out proper nutrient supplementation, STRESS !!

Caffinee, ephederine, green tea, high protein diet, low carb extremly acidity to body, add in stress and you got one major disaster plus the EC stack adds anxiety to things amplifiying everythings even more. low caloires ,EC reduces t-4 to t-3 conversion in thyroid slows metabolism down causing congestion in colon causing imbalnce in natural flora which then backs up unknowing into your liver and you are still pounding protein like crazy. liver then puts more stress on thyroid slowing down metabolism even more and then more stress is put on to already fatigued adrenal gland causing your pituitary (reducing gh and test levels) to get all fowled up. If your adrenals are fatigued you are screwed because adrenals control over 50 hormones in your body including fat, carb, protein metabolsim. I think enough has been said and my point made.

oh and the fun part when the flora imbalnce happens and you don;t even know it. A hole gets eating in your intestinal tract and that putrfied protein is released back into your blood stream along 50-60 toxins also with a wonderful toxins called acteylformaldhye which is 10 times stronger then grain alcohol which heads directlyto brain killing brain cells, but all your blood test come back "YOUR FINE" NOTHING WRONG !! LOLO FUCK THAT

The thing I see with alot of the artificial sweetners is you might get cancer or something like that, and might lose weight and look good. But on the other hand with lots of sugar get fat and diabetes.

Moral of the story is eat fresh/relativly unprocessed foods.
 
Gotcha, think you could seperate the post into smaller paragraphs though, it's kinda hard to read without any spacing.
