Some people here think that they have a certain body type where the abs are hard to reveal because of fat distribution and how their abdominal muscles are put together.

I think you can still get abs if you get extremely lean.

Look at UFC's George St.Pierre. I think he's got that typical "no-abs" body, but he's lean and he took it to the extreme. Here's the result.

I wish I had abs like that.

Im working on mine, i eat alot of fatty sugary shit but im still losing bellyage by the week, slowly but surely

^^^ word.

GSP is the fuckin' man

I don't think comparing a UFC fighter to a typical person is a good example, lol. Their training is ridiculous and very hard. I have a friend training to be in the UFC...

He eats Mcdonalds all the time and it doesn't matter. His body is just straight ripped...

this thread makes no sense.

Congratulations. Do you feel comfortably superior now?

No. I didn't say it to feel superior or to try and insult you. All I was saying was that I don't understand that point of this thread. It just doesn't make sense to me.

everybody has abs and they WILL show if you get your bf down low enough (but i'm sure you already know that)

i'm not sure why you think that? what makes you think he has a typical "no-abs" body?

he is ripped and looks good but in the world of bodybuilding really doesn't have all that much mass. but he's not a bodybuilder and doesn't need the mass for what he does.

What was his weight before he dieted down to make weight for the fight?

Nobody puts that amount of muscle on without having to bulk up and train hard at some point.

Dead lifts, diet, weight train, hiit training. Why
So
Serious?

Congratulations. Do you feel comfortably superior now?

Not really. P-Funk always feels comfortably superior. We would rip on him, but the fucker happens to be superior, so it sorta kills our fun. :(

What the hell is a "no abs body" ?

I want to see that on a t-shirt:

"Comfortably Superior"

I don't understand this thread either...but...GSP is the fucking man regardless.

Oh geez, ....with the avatar as well....???? What did you just buy the movie? Watched it like 50 times already?

Dam now I think I'm gonna put it in and watch it...again....

No Conan O'Brien is coming on.

do you feel comfortably superior now?

No, it's just that the phrase didn't make sense to me. Everybody has abs, that statement was just ignorant.

10 in IMAX theater, daily. Bruce Wayne is the ultimate body builder :). Just take a look at Batman Begins- he redefines the push-up exercise. Now I know why all the newbies ask "can you get ripped like the guys on the commercial using The Perfect Push Up?"

Let's put a smile on that face!

haha

how about a magic trick?
