is it safe to workout forearms daily? I just seem to notice that after a workout they dont seem to be sore the next day. Do they naturally regenerate fast or am i just not working them out hard enough?
On another note, how do i increase the size of my fingers/hands? Will finger size(girth not length obviously) increase naturally with the growth of my forearms?
