Forearm workouts?

is it safe to workout forearms daily? I just seem to notice that after a workout they dont seem to be sore the next day. Do they naturally regenerate fast or am i just not working them out hard enough?

On another note, how do i increase the size of my fingers/hands? Will finger size(girth not length obviously) increase naturally with the growth of my forearms?
 
I think your stuck with the fingers you have....you could get really fat and your hands and fingers might swell up. Forearms do recover quickly; like calves for example. I wouldn't work them every day.
 
maybe you not hitting your arms and back hard enough!! My forearms burn after and intense arm workout and back!!

Hammer curls + cross body curls =forearm burn!!
 
Do heavy deadlifts without straps. Do farmers' walks.
 
I wouldn't start by working them every day. Start with 1-2 days per week and work your way up. See if you start to hit diminishing returns at some point. The forearms are very resilient muscles, and they can certainly handle a lot of volume.

I never train them directly.....well sort of
Back day: no wrist straps ever!!! hammer curls, db rows and pull ups

Shoulder day: heavy barbell rows with no wrist straps....again another great forearm exercise.....second of the week
